A little about St. John real estate for sale and how to own luxury Caribbean real estate - back in the 1950s Laurence Rockefeller fell in love with this island and secured roughly 2/3's of it as his private property. Subsequently he donated it to the U.S. National Parks Service to preserve it and prevent future development.
